Greetings from Grande Prairie, Alberta! I woke up this morning in Dawson Creek, B.C. (which is not to be confused with Dawson’s Creek, t.v. show), and was in a place called Fairview, Alberta when Bill Simmons accidentally spilled the beans on a potential trade between the New England Patriots and the Minnesota Vikings for Randy Moss…and yes, I’m talking about the Randy Moss, whose Hall-of-Fame career began with seven memorable seasons in Viking purple. I don’t even know where to begin; this has long since passed the “rumour and speculation” stage and turned into an “it looks like this might actually happen, and it might actually happen tomorrow, and Moss might be playing for the Vikings next Monday night against the New York Jets” thing. I won’t get too far ahead of myself in case it falls through, but…there’s also the very real chance that Randy Moss will be a Viking again this time tomorrow.
Sleep? You’ve gotta be kidding me.
